A lover of the fine things in life, owner Richard is unashamedly influenced by the simplicity and generosity of Mediterranean hospitality and has curated every detail of the Pastorale experience so that each time with us is one to remember.
The Food
They say the heart of the home is the kitchen and at Pastorale, our chefs approach food with as much heart and passion as they do skill. They lovingly create a rolling menu that strips back all you thought you knew about fine dining, honouring premium ingredients and ancient cooking methods using fire, coals and smoke in our Mibrasa charcoal oven.
While the menu changes all the time, we promise unpretentious, honestly prepared food, simple deliciousness and meals that create memories.
The Wines
Wine is so important to us that we have our very own in-house sommelier. Mitch has searched high and low for the best wines to suit our beautiful rolling menu. He has selected wines from all corners of the globe, from boutique outlets to iconic brands, and the result is a superb wine list chosen on merit, not reputation. Mitch’s experience in and passion for wines is a big part of what makes the Pastorale experience so memorable.
The Experience
